该吃月饼了。你要什么馅的？

Stuffing：馅，其动词形式stuff意思是塞；亦可用filling

Lantern（South China）：灯笼

Do you want to take your lantern to the park and check out other kids" lanterns?

你要不要提着灯笼去公园，再看看其他小朋友的灯笼？

The traditional lanterns use a candle to light up. It"s far too dangerous for a little kid like you. Let"s use those with a lamp and batteries instead.

When it"s the first day of the lunar month, the moon is usually a crescent (or a new moon), which looks like a reaping hook.

在中国古代传说中，月亮上有一位仙女，她和玉兔生活在一起。你能在月亮上看到她们的影子么？

Happy Mid-Autumn Day!是最常见的翻译，不过有点Chinglish了。

如果是对老外送祝福，强烈建议用一些更舒服的表达，如：

1、On this special day I send you season"s greetings and hope that some day soon weshall be together

在这特殊的日子，向你致以节日的祝福，希望不久我们能相聚在一起。

2、Please accept our wishes for you and yours for a happy Mid-autumn day!
